1st day

Today is Steph's first day of clinicals. She looked so cute in her scrubs. I am so proud of her. She will be a great nurse.

week 4 * My Hubby*

Steve and I met on July 4, 1979. I was 15 and he was almost 19. We got married on November 13, 1982. A couple of years ago we bought a Harley. We have loved every minute we have had on it. After thirty years he is still my knight in shining armor even if he is riding it instead of wearing it.

Week #4 Something not everyone knows about me

Some of you may know that I grew up in Alabama. But did you know that........ I am a HUGE Alabama football fan. If at all possible and the game is televised here on Sat. afternoons during football season you will find me biting my fingernails in front of the tv. Although this year the Bama Boys had a great year. Undefeated regular season. Then lost in the Sec Conference Championship game and then lost in the Sugar Bowl. But I am still proud to be a Roll Tide fan.

week 3 Look at Us Now

I am leaving tomorrow for vacation and I'm not sure when I will be home. I might be gone for 2 weeks so I thought I better do my week 3 challanges too. So here are me and my hubby. We have now been married for 26 years but 25 when these were taken. In July it will be 30 years since we met. Wow where did that time go. Thank goodness that time took the curly hair with it. The paper is Rusty Pickle. The quote I lifted from Lisa A.'s blog. I hope she doesn't mind I thought it was perfect for this page. And of course Thickers.

week 3 Me Then

Ok Megan I promise these are the last pictures I will post of you. But these were the best pictures of me in the past. Well I shouldn't say best but really different. And you were absoultly adorable. I couldn't keep my hands off of you. Everything on this page is K & Company except the tag and chipboard. Not sure where they are from.

week 2 Where I live

We live on Steve's grandparents farm. We have lived here for 19 yrs. I felt fortunate to be able to raise my kids in the country. Although we don't have farm animals anymore we did at one time. I love living here. Paper is Stampin' Up and Creative Memories. Thickers, Jeneva rub-ons, Basic Gray rub-ons ( thanks again Christina). The bottom is done with a Stampin' Up wheel. The buttons and brad are just things I had.

week 2 Creative space

My creative space as I said once before was at one time my hubby's office and he gave it up to me. I love it. I have several things from my grandparent's house that I love to look at every day and inspire me. Megan look around and see if you can find them all. S.E.I. papers and stickers, Thickers & Scenic Route chipboard flower (thanks Christina).

Today's Style

My today style is: The Thicker The Better!!!!!! Love those Thickers. Thanks Megan for getting me ADDICTED. I can't hardly do a page without some sort of them. Niagra Falls can be seen from both the Canada side and the U.S. side. We were fortunate to see both sides. Both are beautiful but I think I liked the U.S. side the best.

We're off and going on to the next challange.This month will be fun as well. I am looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with. I think I am becoming addicted to this blog thing.
Ok try to control your laughter. This is the very first page I ever scrapbooked. When they said cut your pictures I took it very literally. I was at the time pretty proud of this page. Of course it helps that it is about the day Jonathon was born. I was pretty proud that day for sure.
