Day 31 * We Made It *

I didn't know if I was going to make Day 31. It took me an hour to print these pictures. My comp. is hanging on by a thread. But none the less I made it. We all did. It has been a blast. I have loved looking at everyone's layouts and have gotten alot of inspiration. I decided that since I started out this challange with a lo of what I did the first day I would end it with what I did the last day. So here it is. Everything is Cosmo Cricket except for the Thickers and the tag is Stampin' Up. The buttons are some I got in the mail when I ordered some Thickers online. Now on to the next challange.

Day 30 *Through the years Ribbon & Fibers*

Jonathon and Stephani through the years. From baseball games, pigs at the fair, and fishing in Canada. We have great family memories. The picture on the bottom left Megan took of them last year for me for Mother's Day. Steph said she wanted to make me cry. It worked. The paper is Sassafras. The letters are Thickers. The felt flowers are Stampin' Up. The ribbon and twine around the pictures are stuff I had laying around.

Day 29 *Yellowstone Summer Memories*

Yellowstone was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is amazing how so many different landscapes and structures there are in one place. I would love to go back again. Paper,tags and some stickers are S.E.I. White stickers are Thickers.

Day 28 *Friday Night Lights*

These are some pictures I found of Jonathon's senior year of football. Homecoming. The week before he had torn his acl during a game in Farmington. He didn't get to play most of the year but he went to every practice and dressed for every game hoping that he would be able to play. His last game he got to play the fourth quarter. The paper is what he wrote about his feelings about football and what it had meant to him. It made all those cold rainy nights sitting out there worth it. The bottom part are the words to a Green Day song. Very fitting.

Day 25 {Memories}

Everyone was so excited when Jonathon was born. Finally a BOY!!!! We spent alot of days at Grandpa and Grandma's. You can't read the verse. It says: Every day lived well makes yesterday a fond rememberance and every tomorrow a dream of hope. My grandparents def. lived well and I have very fond memories of them. The paper, letters, and cut outs are Best Occasions. The bigger cut out is Top Notes from Stampin' Up Big Shot. The verse is from Stampin' Up.

Day 24 *Pink*

These pictures were taken last summer during one of Stephani's softball games. You can see how seriously they were taking the game. I have to at least give Steph credit she had her helmet on and was ready to go out and bat. The paper and some of the stickers are S.E.I. The chipboard is Lucky You and of course the Thickers.

Day 23 {Wa-Wa}

Ok this post is a strange layout. But there is a story. When we went on our motorcycle trip last summer we were about 200 miles into Canada and needed a place to stay for the night. Well needless to say there are not many places to choose from up there. So we stopped at this place. It was kind of eerie they were soooo helpful. They offered to lock up our bikes. Red flag. They were just alittle to happy to see us. When we went to bed that night Travis pushed the coffee table in front of the door and stuck a hanger above the door so that is someone tried to get in we would hear them. We were relieved the next morning that nothing had happened. On our way to breakfast we were talking to these two guys who were on a motorcycle trip and had stayed there too. They had pushed their coffee table in front of their door too. So we weren't the only ones who thought it was strange. So I thought it deserved a strange layout. So there you go. All the materials are just random things I have.

Day 22 *Happy Birthday*

I GOT THICKERS. I am so excited. They are so cool. Love em, love em, love em. Okay now that I have that out of my system. Today's page was so fun to do. One thing this challange has done for me is expand my horizons. There is a whole world out there. The paper, flower and frame is Cosmo Cricket. The letters well I guess you already know what they are.

Day 21 Eyelet Challange :p

Eyelet challange. Ugh. I usually don't have a problem with eyelets. But today I found out how bad I NEED a Big Bite. My Crop-A-Dile is wonderful but it doesn't have a very long reach. So I had to do these eyelets the old fashioned way. Def. good for getting out frustration. But anyway I made it. This one goes back a ways. Jonathon was 5 1/2 and Stephani was 2. They were so cute. The paper, eyelets, flowers and pearls are Stampin' Up. The flower strip was made with a big shot die on the cuttlebug.

Day 20 *Stamped Letters*

Steve had to go out a couple of years ago and show the young guys how to go 4-wheelin. They had a blast. Sometimes its kind of fun to see the little boy come back out in them. The letters are stamped with Stampin' Up stamps and punched out. All the paper is Stampin' Up. I'm not sure about the sticker letters.

Couldn't Resist

As I was digging through pictures today trying to find something for tomorrow I came across this picture. I couldn't resist putting it up. Weren't they cute. And yes they still are.

Day 19 *HEROS*

Day 19. Wow. This is starting to go by fast. Today's post means alot to me. My Grandpa served in the army during World War II. My cousin Tony served during Desert Storm and his son Andrew is currently serving in Iraq. If it wasn't for them and others like them serving our country we wouldn't be where we are today. This is for them. The paper is Sugar Tree and the stickers are Reminise.
