March Challange *New Product*

These pictures were taken about 10 yrs. ago at my cousin's wedding reception. It is hard for me to believe that Stephani will be dancing in this same building this fall only it will be her wedding. The page is made with a Colorbok package.

March Challange *Material Item*

One of my prized possesions has got to be My Quilt. A good friend made it for me when I was going through Chemo for Breast Cancer. All the squares are things that people who are near and dear to me wrote. All the time that went into making it and the thought and love that each person put into their square is so meaniful to me. I cry each time I read them. The paper is We R Memory Keepers and the title is Thickers.

A Happy Heart

I was the lucky winner of a couple of chipboard books recently. The Happy Book (thanks Christine) is all done with My Mind's Eye paper and The Heart Book (thanks Megan) is all done with Sassafras paper.

March Challange *Lift*

My "Celebrity Lift" doesn't think she is a celebrity but if it wasn't for her I wouldn't even be doing these challanges. She emailed me in Jan. and asked if Steph and I wanted to join the fun. It has been a blast ever since. So my lift is Megan Klauer. The paper is My Mind's Eye and random chipboard and stickers. Can you believe it but no Thickers today.

Scrap Night at Scrapaganza

A few of us went to a Scrap Crop at Scrapaganza last night for my Aunt's birthday. We had a blast and the girls there were great. Thanks Scrapaganza girls. I think we need to do this again.

Like Father Like Son

You are probably all getting tired of the Harley pictures. But the truth is this obbsession didn't start with us. I found this picture of Wendell (Steve's Dad) on his Harley and had to put it with the picture of Steve on his. Steve doesn't say to much about my lo's but he loved this one.

Mom and Me

I couldn't do a page with me and my Dad and not do one with me and my Mom. My Mom is an awesome Mom. She lost her Mom when she was 15 and had me when she was 16. She raised five kids. She went through me having breast cancer in 05 and then lost my sister Christy in 07. But she stands strong. I draw my strength from her. The poems are one that I wrote for her on Mother's Day one year and one she wrote for me on my 40th birthday. The paper is Sassafras and the letters are Thickers.

March Challange *Heritage*

Everyone has always told me how much I look like my Dad. So I thought it only fitting to do my Heritage page with pictures of him and I at about the same age. It is amazing how much we do look alike. The paper is Urban Prarie by Basic Gray, the tag is K & Company, the rub-on is Stampin' Up, the buttons are clear buttons that I had punched out pieces of the pattern paper , ran them through my Xyron and stuck them to the buttons. The title is Thickers.

March Challange *Blurry & Unflattering*

I decided to do my whole page based on blurry and unflattering. These are pictures from Christmas. Luckily I got a new camera for Christmas. Although the new camera won't help the unflattering part. The paper and tags are Adorn It (from my prize package. Thanks Megan.) Letters are Thickers.

I found this picture of Stephani that was taken on the way home from a kindergarten field trip. It seems like only yesterday and now my baby girl is getting married in Sept. I combined two of my favorite papers. Sassafras and Cosmo Cricket.

March Challange *Handcut or Handcreate*

Ok this one was a challange for me since I do not handcut or handcreate. But I gave it a try. So I made an attempt to make robots. They are made with punches. The pictures are once again the two guys I babysit. The paper is Sassafras and Stampin' Up. Random buttons and Thickers.

This is for Christine's challange to make a list. I love to read. I always have a book. It may take me awhile to finish them sometimes but I never start another one until I have finished one. I just purchased "The Shack" by William Young. I have heard awesome reviews on it. But I have to finish the other one I am reading first. Paper is Kelly Panacci, rub-ons are Stampin' Up & Jeneva and Thickers.

I'm a paper addict

Someone please help me I am a paper addict. I was on the internet last night looking at Michaels website. I don't know if they have had it in the past or not but I found Sassafras paper bundles. I could hardly stand it until I got there today and got me some. Of course I had to pick up a few other bundles while I was there. But the best part was they were 25% off. And by the way Hobby Lobby has Thickers 50% off again. I think I may need counseling for this problem I have.
